DELIVERY INFORMATION

We can deliver your ordered goods to your home anywhere in Europe.
We produce hot tubs within 3-5 weeks and saunas within 6-10 weeks. Immediately after production the order is prepared for delivery.
After the order is ready, the delivery time is coordinated with the customer. We will deliver the order by safe company transport, so you will not have to worry about the transportation of goods.

Free delivery in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria*, Sweden (within a radius of 500 km around Stockholm), Finland (within a radius of 500 km around Helsinki), Norway (within a radius of 100 km around Oslo).

*Austria regions of Vienna, Gratz – delivery for hot tubs is +50eur, delivery for saunas is +100-200eur. 

The cost of delivery in the United Kingdom, Spain, Croatia and Hungary is from 200 euros, depends on your exact location.

ATTENTION, please note, that children playhouses are delivering not for free. For delivery price please contact us.

DELIVERY & REFUND POLICY

All Mande Spa products are custom-made to order based on individual customer specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our manufacturing process, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on completed orders, except in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged or defective
The product does not match the agreed specifications

In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will review each case individually and offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund where applicable.
